Aga further shared that he’s really impressed with Angel’s dramatic performance as well as her passion for her craft knowing that she’s also taping the hit fantaserye Imortal. “Katulad ng sinasabi ko palagi, bilib na bilib ako sa kanya at napapagod ako sa schedule niya talaga dahil she’s doing Imortal and the she comes to our set, back to Imortal then to our set again. Masaya siyang katrabaho. Actually patapos na kami. When I come back from the States tuloy-tuloy na ulit yung shooting para makahabol as Valentine offering yung pelikula namin.”
The dashing 41-year-old added that he and his family are spending the Christmas holidays in the States. “Yes, tuloy ang vacation namin dun. Dun naman talaga kami halos nagpupunta kapag holiday. Simple lang naman ang celebration. We’re just going to be together, tahimik. Siyempre ang importante yung mga bata, they’re excited to open their gifts, yung mga ganon lang.”
If there’s anything he’s grateful for this 2010, what would it be? “For me, every year is a good year. Kahit anong mangyari sa ating masama at kung ano mang pagsubok ang pinagdadaanan natin sa buhay, what matters is that we’re just lucky to be alive. Importante ma-appreciate mo yun.”
At the end of the interview, Aga also expressed his wish to bring joy to Filipino kids by expanding the Jollibee MaAga Ang Pasko fundraising project nationwide. “I just realized na hindi kami basically umaabot sa Visayas and Mindanao. So next year we’re thinking of launching it sa Visayas para umabot naman dun yung ganitong events namin ‘pag Christmas.”
